When washing sand, the loss of fine sand is small and the water consumption of sand washing is small. Spiral sand washing machine has better cleaning effect and can handle larger materials. Compared with other sand washing machines, the sand material is turned over and washed for more time and times, so the cleaning effect is better and the sand washing output is higher. The integrated sand washing and recycling machine not only has good cleaning effect, but also can recycle waste sand and fine sand in the process, reduce the loss rate of sand, and make the quality of finished sand reach higher standards.

The main structure of the bucket sand washing machine is composed of impellers. When washing river sand, the river sand enters the feed trough, rolls under the drive of the impeller, and rubs against each other to remove impurities such as silt contained in the river sand. The spiral sand washing machine uses the propulsion of blades to clean the soil on the surface of the sand and gravel raw materials. The cleaning degree is higher than that of the bucket sand washing machine, but it uses more water than the bucket sand washing machine. The fine sand recovery machine injects mud with a concentration of ≤40% into the hydrocyclone separator through a slurry pump for separation, and the separated coarse particles enter the dewatering screen for dehydration and recovery.
