According to the design plan, the proposed project is designed with 1 quartz ore wet crushing production line, 2 quartz ore dry crushing production lines and 1 refined quartz sand production line. 6,000 tons of quartz stone are wet crushed and 15,000 tons of quartz stone are dry crushed annually. After wet crushing and dry crushing, the quartz stone enters the refined quartz sand production line with the purchased quartz sand. After flotation and magnetic separation, a total annual production capacity of 25,009 tons of high-purity quartz sand is formed.
