Land and capital needed for a basalt machine-made sand aggregate plant

A large-scale basalt new building material phase I project with an annual output of 3 million tons of basalt building aggregate and 1 million tons of machine-made sand processing project in Anhui Province, China is planned to start construction in the near future.

The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan. The construction site is located in Yaoguo Village, Jianxi Town, Mingguang City, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. The project area covers an area of about 83 mu and the total construction area is about 31,000 square meters. The construction content is to build a production line with an annual output of 2 million tons of basalt high-grade material and dry sand separation and a production line with an annual output of 2 million tons of basalt general material and wet sand washing. And set up production auxiliary rooms, sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse, wastewater treatment (press filter workshop), fire pool and fire pump room, mechanical and electrical repair, power distribution room, belt corridor and transfer, gate guard, mud storage shed, Semi-finished stockpile (common material), semi-finished stockpile (high-quality goods), coarse and fine crushing and shaping, primary and secondary screening (common material), primary and secondary screening (fine material), finished aggregate storage.

At the same time, the project adopts vibrating feeder, double-layer vibrating screen, jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, double-layer vibrating screen, vertical shaft impact crusher, three-layer vibrating screen, single-layer vibrating screen, Separator and other production equipment. After the project is completed, it can reach an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of basalt building aggregate and 1 million tons of machine-made sand.
