Brief introduction of sand making process
1 primary coarse crush
The vibrating feeder uniformly transports the machine-made sand materials through the silo to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and then sent to the impact crusher or cone crusher by the belt conveyor Perform secondary crushing;

2. Intermediate crushing
The river pebbles that have been finely crushed in the cone crusher are screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the crushing equipment and crushed again;

3. Sand making
The crushed river pebbles are transported to the sand making machine for further crushing and forming. Then they are classified into coarse sand and fine sand by a circular vibrating screen.

4. Sand washing
The machine-made sand discharged from the sand making machine is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and then enters the dewatering screen for dehydration and drying. The sand washing tail water is purified by the concentration tank and the filter press and then reused for sand washing.

5. Packaging
The dehydrated sand is stored and packaged.
