Adjustment method of the eccentric block angle of the vibration motor
December.10,2024
The general principle of adjusting the eccentric block is: the smaller the angle of the eccentric block, the greater the exciting force and the amplitude; the larger the angle of the eccentric block, the smaller the exciting force and the smaller the amplitude.
However, we cannot blindly pursue a large amplitude and adjust the eccentric block angle of the vibration motor without limit. Too large an amplitude will cause the material to splash out or the dispersion speed to be too fast, which will greatly reduce the screening accuracy; excessively increasing the angle of the eccentric block will cause the amplitude to be too small and the material cannot be effectively dispersed, forming material accumulation in the center of the screen surface, affecting the screening output.
Adjustment method of the angle of the eccentric block
For finer materials, the mesh is relatively large. The angle of the eccentric block can be adjusted to about 5 to 15 degrees, so that the material can quickly spread on the screen surface and go to the edge of the screen to pursue a larger output.
When the mesh is 40 to 80 mesh, it is necessary to appropriately extend the material running time on the screen to make the material screening more accurate, 30 to 45 degrees is enough.
For materials with a mesh size of 80 or above, the angle of the eccentric block should be adjusted to between 60 and 85 degrees to extend the screening time and running trajectory of the material on the screen as much as possible to achieve the screening effect.
