The dry sand production line has many advantages, such as saving water resources, low water content of finished products, and small footprint. However, the disadvantages are also obvious and worthy of attention, such as:
1. Uneven coarseness and fineness: The preparation process of dry sand is prone to form some fine pores and cracks, resulting in uneven coarseness and fineness, unreasonable grading, and commercial mixing stations cannot be used directly.
2. Poor particle shape: The particle shape of dry sand is irregular, with more protrusions and sharp angles on the surface.
3. There is a certain amount of stone powder residue on the surface of the product aggregate, the cleanliness is not high, and the appearance is poor.
In view of the above shortcomings, Longzhong Heavy Industry has tailored a complete production line for it. The production line consists of a set of equipment such as silos, conveying equipment, sand washing and fine sand recovery equipment, trihydrogen purification body, sludge filter press, etc.
1. The material enters the washing and dehydration machine through the front chute for sand washing and dehydration. The dehydrated finished sand is transported to the finished product yard by a conveyor belt.
2. The material under the dewatering screen is sent to the fine sand recovery machine through a slurry pump for fine sand recovery, and the recovered fine sand is transported to the yard through a conveyor belt.
3. The overflow sewage from the recovery machine enters the sewage pool, and then is sent to the three-hydrogen purification body for thickening through a special pump. The mud after thickening by the three-hydrogen purification body is extracted by a special pump of the filter press, and is pumped into the chamber filter press for filtration, and a mud cake is formed and drained dry.
4. The clean water overflowing from the three-hydrogen purification body and the clean water filtered by the filter press flow back to the clean water pool, thereby realizing fine sand recovery, dry drainage of mud cakes and recycling and reuse of water resources.
