The raw fracturing sand enters the silo for storage and is conveyed to the vibrating screen or probability screen for preliminary screening via a belt conveyor. The raw sand with a mesh size of >20 is extracted separately after screening. The raw sand with a mesh size of <20 is subjected to magnetic separation by a magnetic separator and then enters the scrubber where the material is fully stirred and washed. After the mud is scrubbed off, the material enters the sand washing and recycling integrated machine. The sand washing wheel bucket rotates to stir the material in the washing box for cleaning, which can remove impurities covering the surface of the material. After cleaning, the coarse particle material is sent to the dewatering screen for dehydration by the sand scooping wheel. The granular material after sand washing is dried by the dryer, and the material to be dried enters the cylinder from the feed box and the feed slide, thereby achieving the purpose of drying. The dried material is screened by a swing screen, and the screening accuracy can reach 90-95%. The qualified fracturing sand is packaged and shipped out of the factory.

Performance requirements of petroleum fracturing sand production process
1. Petroleum fracturing sand should have sufficient compressive strength and wear resistance, be able to withstand the strong pressure and friction during injection, and effectively support artificial fractures.
2. The relative density of petroleum fracturing sand particles should be low, which is convenient for pumping into the well.
3. At a temperature of 200 degrees, petroleum fracturing sand particles do not react chemically with fracturing fluid and reservoir fluid, and the acid solubility is less than 7%.
4. Petroleum fracturing sand particles are relatively uniform and should not be of different sizes.
