How to produce kaolin by grinding gangue and then calcining it?

The lump ore is washed with water to remove surface impurities, and the large impurities are removed by hand selection. After drying, the lump ore is crushed in a jaw crusher, and the crushed small pieces of ore are sent to a mill with an impurity removal device for coarse crushing. The coarse powder is bleached with a bleaching mixture, washed with water, dehydrated and dried, and the dry material is sent to an ultrafine grinder for fine crushing, and the ultrafine powder is sent to a rotary kiln for calcination. The calcined powder is sent to a classifier for crushing and grading, and the product is packaged and stored.

Among them, grinding and calcination are the main steps. According to the characteristics of the original ore and the requirements of deep-processing products, coal-based calcined kaolin can adopt a variety of process systems. For example, the production of mullite can be directly calcined in a furnace with lump gangue, and calcination for other purposes must use ultrafine powder due to the limitation of calcination temperature. This requires a gangue kaolin grinding machine.
