Use vibrating screen with cyclone to improve the sand recovery
November.02,2018
LZZG designed vibrating screen with cyclone, to reduce the waste of sand resource in the sand washing process. The vibrating screen is a filter mechanical separation device for the solid phase treatment of mud, consisting of a screen and a vibrator. Widely used in coal and other industries for grading, washing, and dewatering of materials.
The vibrating screen or dewatering screen uses vibration motor excitation as the vibration source so that the material is thrown up on the screen and moves forward in a straight line. The material enters the feeding port of the screening machine evenly from the feeder, and several specifications are produced through the multi-layer screen. The sieve and the sieve are discharged from the respective outlets. Linear vibrating screen (straight screen) has the advantages of stable and reliable, low consumption, low noise, long life, stable vibration shape, and high screening efficiency. It is a new and efficient screening equipment.

The Dewatering Screen can be combined with other process equipment, such as Screw Washers, Hydrocyclones. Ordinary sand wheel washer or screw sand washing machine can’t process fine sand below 3mm, we researched vibrating screen with cyclone machine.
The cyclone is a separation and classification device. When the two-phase mixture to be separated is tangentially introduced into the cyclone from a periphery of the cyclone at a certain pressure, a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion is generated.
Due to the difference in particle size between the coarse particles and the fine particles, they are subjected to centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, etc. Due to centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom opening of the cyclone, and most of the fine particles are The overflow pipe is discharged to achieve the purpose of separation and classification.
Vibrating screen with cyclone can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it within 5% to 10%. It is widely used for recycling 0.16-3mm fine sand in the wet processing of construction, mining, and industrial sands sectors.
