2. The movement mode of the gear shaftless trommel screen is that a large gear is installed on the front end of the drum, and the motor drives the small gear.
3. The movement mode of the roller shaftless trommel screen is that the roller is placed on four or more rollers, and the motor drives the roller to rotate. Under the action of friction, the roller drives the roller to rotate.
Shafted trommel screen
The roller device is installed obliquely on the frame. The motor is connected with the roller device through the reducer through the coupling, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. discharge. Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the sieve hole can be ejected to prevent the sieve hole from being blocked.
Shaftless trommel screen
The shaftless trommel screen drum device is installed obliquely on the frame, and adopts a structure design without a central shaft. The motor drives the occluded pinion gear to rotate with the big gear of the drum or the chain and the gear on the drum engage, the motor drives the chain drive or the drum is placed on two idlers, and the motor drives the idler to drive. The drum device rotates under the drive of the driving device. When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum. Qualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the sieve hole can be ejected to prevent the sieve hole from being blocked.
